Make sure your device is equipped with eSIM technology and is unlocked for use with any carrier. To verify if your smartphone is eSIM-capable, simply dial *#06#; the appearance of an EID number will confirm your device's compatibility with eSIM.

Q: Will I receive a paper copy of the eSIM QR code?

A: No, the eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email. We do not mail physical copies.

Q: How to activate an eSIM plan?

A: Follow these steps to activate your eSIM plan:

  1. Do not scan the QR code until you reach your destination country.
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi at the airport or your hotel.
  3. Scan the QR code and follow the instructions to activate your eSIM.

Q: Does the eSIM replace my current phone plan?

A: No, installing an eSIM adds a secondary data plan to your device. You can enable or disable each plan according to your needs.
