• Choose the eSIM plan that fits your requirements and complete the purchase.

• Ensure you provide a valid email address during the checkout process.

Step 2. Check Your Email

• Immediately after your purchase, check your email for a message from us containing your eSIM QR code(s) and activation instructions.

• The email is sent instantly, so if you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your junk mail folder as it might occasionally be directed there. 

Step 3. Activate Your eSIM

• Whether you’ve just arrived at your destination or have been there for a while, follow the instructions in the email to scan the QR code and activate your plan.

• Scan-n-Go, get connected and enjoy seamless connectivity right away!

 

A Few Important Points to Be Aware Of:

• Ensure your device is eSIM capable and unlocked for use with any carrier. Our eSIM products are compatible with all smartphones that support eSIM technology.

• You must be at the destination with local network coverage to activate the eSIM plan you purchased.

• Please note that the QR code cannot be re-scanned once it has been attached to the device. You will need to delete the eSIM plan before re-scanning the QR code.
